Our mission is to redefine personal training. By integrating nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, and personal training together, we aim to instill confidence that your health goals will be tackled and knowledge on what to do when you're not in the gym with us. We will provide the tools and support that will open the doors to develop your physical strength, mental fortitude, and the keys to unlock the best version of yourself.
This small business was established during the pandemic, COVID-19. Exercise, nutrition, and wellness are integral parts of our well being and immune system. All in Fitness is the answer to how you can continue your fitness journey with safety.
Caity has been personal training for over 8 years. Caity is a certified personal trainer, phase II master trainer, nutrition consultant, life wellness coach, and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Caity is a nationally ranked powerlifter, ran Division I track, ran across Maryland in a fundraiser she created, and a competitive bodybuilder. As a trainer, Caity takes a holistic approach providing 1:1 workouts, home workouts, nutrition coaching, and much more!
