Founder, Caity Adams, has been personal training for over 8 years. Caity is a certified personal trainer, phase II master trainer, nutrition consultant, life wellness coach, and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Caity is a nationally ranked powerlifter, ran Division I track, ran across Maryland in a fundraiser she created, and a competitive bodybuilder. As a trainer, Caity takes a holistic approach providing 1:1 workouts, home workouts, nutrition coaching, and much more!

Nutrition Coaching is integrated in the personal training sessions along with additional tools to help you. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain strength, or just lead a healthier lifestyle, proper nutrition is essential.
